The Mind Set of Americans
0 commentsOld Mustapha has lived for more than 40 years in New York. He would like to plant potatoes in his garden, but he is alone and old and has a son who lives in Iraq.
He sent an e-mail to his son:
Dear Ahmed,
I'm sad, I cannot plant potatoes in my garden. I know you would help me with hoeing the garden, if you were here.
I love you.
Dad
The son immediately replied:
Dear Dad,
Please don't touch the garden! I have hid "the stuff" there.
I also love you Dad.
Ahmed.

Within 2 hours the US Army, Marines, FBI and CIA arrived at Mustapha's door. They carefully hoed the soil, but found nothing. They left very disappointed.
The same evening the old Mustapha got another email from his son.
Dear Dad,
Most probably the garden is now hoed and ready for planting.
Sorry, I couldn't do more for you from this distance.
Love,
Ahmed.
